We would like to introduce a case study of a maisonette-type collective housing built in Chikusa Ward, Nagoya City, which has implemented passive air conditioning. This collective housing was realized in a way that connects five households in a row, proposing a focus on the future with considerations for the diversification of lifestyles, reduction of environmental impact, advancement of energy conservation, and comfort in terms of warmth and cold.
