[Case Study of Passive Air Conditioning] A house that is warm in winter and does not condense when building a house.

Free yourself from the hassle of wiping away condensation! Operate the three separate systems according to your lifestyle, and reduce your utility costs as well.

Here is a case study of introducing passive air conditioning to a detached house in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. The previous residence was a 40-year-old wooden house that suffered from severe cold and condensation. The homeowners believed that "if we are going to build a new house, comfort is just as important as the visual design," and they prioritized the budget for thermal performance, which is something that cannot be changed later. During the first winter after moving into the house with passive air conditioning, when asked about the comfort level, they responded with an excited voice, saying, "It's almost too comfortable." 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■Challenges - The previous 40-year-old wooden house was severely cold and had condensation issues. ■Results - There is no drop in room temperature in the morning, allowing them to get out of bed immediately upon waking. - The floor is not cold, so there is no chill at their feet, and the bathroom and toilet are also not cold, eliminating stress related to temperature. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Why a passive air conditioner?

Enjoy the comfort of whole-house heating with air conditioning! We propose the standard home of the future.

The comfort of OM Solar's floor heating, powered by the sun, is evidenced by its rich track record and high satisfaction among homeowners. However, the reality is that many people have no choice but to give up on introducing OM Solar due to reasons such as lack of sunlight or cost constraints. We want to deliver the comfort of floor heating and the coziness of whole-house heating to those individuals as well. The Passive Air Conditioner was born from this desire. *For detailed information, please refer to the related links. For more information, feel free to download the PDF or contact us.
